Nothing in package

my package was slashed on the middle and no pearl earrings inside but envelope still delivered by UPS; made it look like the delivery was completed! So frustrating!! Too many criminals out there! Cannot trust anyone anymore!

Poor Quality

The backs of the earrings are so tiny they are inadequate to keep the pearls in your ears. You will lose one or both first wearing.

very displeased

I was under the impression that these were the type of pearl earrings I wanted, to my they are exactly what I purchased earlier, these are button earrings same as my other pair, I would like to get a refund, the pkg was shown that the sender was Bloomingdales. Figure that out. Either way I want to receive a refund.
