Very disappointed
I was very excited and looking forward to using my new rowenta iron. However, I was sooo disappointed when I tried using it and was not heating up. I tried plugging it into different outlets in my home but it still didn’t heat up. Rowenta is supposed to be one of the best irons, I’ve had one in the past for a few years and it was excellent until it stopped working. Not sure if I’ll be purchasing another one.

Does not heat
This is not how an iron should work - it barely heats up even if I shake it to deactivate the auto-off function. The water never heats enough to steam - the iron just drips water and is useless for ironing. Unfortunately I purchased it in December and am now outside the return window, but highly disappointed with the product.

Got defective product and outside return window
I’m very disappointed with this product. It does not heat up properly at all, it only gets slightly warm and never reaches a temperature that can actually iron clothes. Because of this, it’s basically unusable for its intended purpose. I purchased it on December 8th, 2025, but I only used it for the first time last week and discovered the issue. Unfortunately, I’m now outside the return window, so I’m stuck with an iron that doesn’t work. I would not recommend this item.

Name and color
My other iron went out, so I needed an iron like the style/color . I just wish it would steam by itself I like to here the noise

Selling used item
I am very disappointed that Macys is selling used item. I bought this iron hoping to replace the one I have. Upon opening the box, I see that the iron is used and the metal plate has some burnt things on it. Macys do better.
