Well worth the price!

The Rowenta iron makes everyday ironing a breeze. This is the second one I’ve purchased. The first one still works pretty well. It’s just larger and it has a retractable cord.

Pleased with my purchase

I bought this to replace an old Rowenta that finally breathed its last. I love that this is purple and that the cord has a good swivel feature. I'm still getting used to the feel of the iron though, which is why I didn't rate it 5. I think I prefer a more old fashioned plate vs how this one is rather front loaded. But, it works well and I'm not having any issues with leaking as others have mentioned.

Wrong iron in box

The iron I received was not a Rowenta iron, and the sales clerk did not offer to replace the iron, so that I could get sale price.

Used Merchandise!!

The iron I received was used. You could even see the water droplets in side of it. I returned it to the store. Upon further investigations, I discovered that there were already multiple reviews with the same issue. i am considering NEVER ordering from Macy's again since this is a definite indication of extreme carelessness on behalf of Macy's. Buyer Beware!!
