Nice Little Pot

America’s Test Kitchen rated this the best saucier. Lightweight but well-made. Have already made different sauces in it. Curved sides are wonderful so nothing gets caught in the corners which is the point of a saucier. Be careful- ingredients like heavy cream heat up very quickly!
