Really works
Been running it nonstop since I bought it a month ago without issue. More powerful than a more expensive tower fan I already had that's twice it's size. Will probably buy a second so I don't have to keep carrying it around the house.

Attractive but not as good as older Vornado
This fan has an attractive retro styling, but the first one I ordered did not work: the motor whirred, but the blades would not turn. It was replaced with one that worked, though it seems less powerful than the older Vornado fan I’ve had for 20-plus years.

wonderful!
We bought this and a pedestal. Here is my review for the pedestal, which applies equally here: I absolutely love this fan. It is quiet, powerful, heavy, and well made. And it looks good in our house. I had grown used to the crappy plastic oscillating fans that we have used over the years and stopped thinking about fans as part of a home cooling strategy. With these new VFANs, we have bumped up the thermostat setting for our heat pumps and are even more comfortable than when the temp is lower. I'm already trying to think about where I would put a 3rd.

Fantastic VFan Sr. Vintage Air Circulator
I owned a Vornado before and finally the plastic dial broke...so, I was looking for a new 'Fan'. I ended up with the Vornado Company again and when I saw the Retro - Vintage Sr. I was totally in love and I had to have it...so I bought it. It works great and I am so happy! I will pass it on to my children I am sure it'll be running well for many years! C.S.

Really Does Move That Air
When I was researching a fan for my great room, I read the claims that Vornadoes don’t just blow air in front of the fan, but circulate it throughout the room. I thought that claim was a little over the top until one day when I lost hold of some helium balloons during my nieces birthday party. The fan was on and it quite literally floated those balloons completely around the ( 15’x18’) room several times until we finally caught them. I don’t know how it does it, but this VFAN Sr. really does what it says it does. Eight years old and still moving air and looking cool while doing it.

Retro Styling Meets Modern Technology!
My friend got me the green VFan Jr. as a birthday present. I didn't expect it to be so cute, but when I got it out of the box, I was surprised at how cute it was! It's the perfect size for my desk, and I love the retro style! It's also lightweight to carry if I need to move it to another space, yet still durable enough where it stays where it's placed. I've always admired Vornado products, and I love that the VFan comes in four different sizes! The green color gives off a retro vibe, yet it still is as quiet and moves as much air as a modern-styled Vornado fan!
