Zipper Kept Getting Caught

Bought this for a Euro trip and the zipper in the main compartment kept getting stuck every time I tried to unzip it. I don't know if it was a defective zipper or if this is just how the zipper worked (or didn't work in this case). On the plus side, since I couldn't open it most times, I'm sure a thief would have been unsuccessful as well!

small opening

I give up. After 3 different Travelon bags i've orderd, all 3 went back for one reason or another. This one has a very small opening. My hand can barely fit. Travelon has gotten bad over the years. I'll use my older one. I do not recommend.

Perfect size & weight

This bag is even better than I had thought it would be! It is lightweight, roomie, and has so many safety features. I am looking forward to carrying on vacation. I can fit a water bottle, wallet, phone, and more! If I want to keep it light, the front pocket has slots for credit cards, a passport, and money. I love the size and light weight. The adjustable strap is fantastic! This bag is fantastic!

Great bag

Bag is perfect size, can fit phone, cards and extra like hand sanitizer, lipstick, lotion and more. Passport can go in front with easy access. Strap long enough so I can use like crossbag. I haven't used yet though.

Travelon anti theft classic messenger

Love this anti-theft classic messenger. Nice material, compact but offers plenty of compartments to carry everything you need. The downside is the main zipper keeps getting stuck on the material when opening or shutting it. I managed with a great deal of difficulty to fix it, but it is now stuck and will not move either way. I will be returning this item. If this issue could be corrected it would be a very nice pocketbook.
