Great Cuisinart Cast-Iron Skillet

Poor Quality

I hate this product. No response from Cuisinart regarding my inquiry about chemicals which were not disclosed on site. Interior is very rough, not smooth cast iron like my other enameled cast iron. Not non stick even with oil. Exterior enamel cracked & missing after only two uses, once on stovetop & once in oven. Very disappointed in Cuisinart.

Fantastic pan and great value

This is a great product! I have two of them and use them every day. They are heavy, which I like. They cook evenly and retain the heat. The enamel lasts a long time despite my constantly abusing them.

This is the perfect cast iron skillet! The price point is perfect for the quality. It's just like the other high-end name brand ones I own.

Great product!

After only a couple of weeks, I'm enjoying this piece. It arrived in perfect condition and works as expected. Haven't cooked with cast iron in a number of years, and this is making it easy. The enamel coating is well done!
