Cheap construction lamination fails on conductive stoves

Not suitable for use on conductive stoves the heat from a conductive stove will warp these pans very easily

Love all my all clad products

i have have been using the copper core products for awhile and just purchased this one. If you follow the directions how to use them, they are easy to use and easy to clean. i love my all-clad. i use them daily.

Mr.

A well-made pan, but very difficult to clean. After frying potatoes in olive oil, residual food stuck to the pan and after 30 minutes of scrubbing, still is not clean. This is a lot of money to spend for this much frustration.

Disappointed.

We have a lot of stainless steel pan and non of them have warped. We have a lot of experience dealing with them, avoiding thermal shock, not heating them too fast on the stovetop, etc. This pan lasted 2 or 3 use until it warped outward becoming concave and needing to be pressed against the stovetop as it cooks to get an even heat on the surface, which effectively makes it unusable. This kind of pan is probably more recommended for gas stovetop and not electric/glass stovetops.
