Not working after 4 months

Picked this up about four months ago to have just in case of an emergency with storms and no FM radio no a.m. radio no weather band just dead air with a slight hum

Our emergency plan in Florida is complete.

First of all, hubby bought this. Within a few min of checking all buttons and crannies, I had to tell him he is right. Size, functionality, appearance and price all are perfect. Ty Hubby.

So many awesome features

I was looking just for a simple radio to keep on while my dogs are at home alone, but a coworker recently told me about a weather radio which I'd never heard of before. When I saw this product and all it had to offer I just knew I had to buy it. Several options to power it was definitely a huge selling point for me.

Removed 2 stars because…

So this is great to have in case of emergencies. I appreciate all the ways you can power this radio with. Only one failing grade is the inability to charge this unit from a power bank. You have the ability to charge from solar, crank, or wall outlet. Why not a power bank? That To me is an oversight. Because of this I removed two stars. Because of this I would not recommend to a friend as there are plenty of options out there that are able to charge from a power bank.

Many power options, but not sure how useful it is

I love that I have several options for powering this in an emergency. The radio is clear if a bit tinny. But I misunderstood what the siren is. I thought it was to warn me if storms are coming, but apparently it’s for me to get attention if I need it in an emergency. Unfortunately, there’s nothing in the instructions about the siren or how or when to use it, so I’m only guessing. Come to think of it, I’m not sure how much I will use this because the storm warnings aren’t necessarily specific to my area, so it can take a while to get around to what’s happening locally as it explains warnings in other counties.
