POOR QUALITY/BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought this item as a gift along with the matching 16 piece set. Extremely disappointed not to mention embarrassed. The lid sizes did not match with the size skillet or pots. Unbelievable!!! Called Macys customer service and could barely hold a clear conversation with the representative due to the loud background conversations of others and laughter on her end. Basically the representative performed more talking than listening. I truly regret online purchasing from Macys. Vendors lack of selling poor quality products just isn’t a high concern for Macys. I would not recommend buying online from Macys especially if it is not in stock at their stores because it takes forever to get it from their affiliate vendors. Their website will give you an estimated arrival date when purchasing and you actually receive it 7-10 after their estimated arrival date. With the purchase of this particular product I expected quality and quality is definitely not what I received.

Damaged upon arrival

The packaging was horrible, for 2 of my pans it was placed into the box crooked and when I opened it i noticed that the pan was horribly dented.

Damaged items

Extremely dissatisfied, two pans both having dents. Glass lids will not close properly and the dents and improper fitting are very noticeable. The box did not contain any foam or protection. This is not satisfactory.

Do not buy

The pan is partially flat near the handle. The lid doesn't fit. It looks like a manufacturing fail. No wonder it was 80% off.
