What a nesd

Well, I never received this order! Seems UPS chose to drop it off at a post office without leaving any paper work as to which post office it was at or any verification I was the intended receiver. Called customer service and was told to track it myself by calling another 800 number. Told Macy rep I will not be picking up the necklace. I ordered from Macy not UPS…poor, poor customer service! Now I have to wait for the post office to ship it back to Macy to get my credit while they charge me interest on an order I never received plus having to pay for it!
