Bad Service

Today i picked up a ordered i placed on line, waited more than a week for pickup. It was handled to me in a damaged box with no label attached. The Associate. that helped me out was unpleasant not helpful at all. She didn't want to helped me with my order on my cell phone to look up the order number. I didn't have my reading glasses on. Very rude, not the 1st time this person helped me in the past. Rude, unfriendly!!

I bought this 2-weeks ago and they delivered it in the open lobby area of my building instead of my apartment door or mailbox. Someone stole it and Macy refused to replace my purchase.

Quick heating and easy to clean

Hamilton Beach kettle is fast and quiet with a temp light indicator. Also stops as soon as it boils not wasting any more electricity.
