No suction
Has no suction, barely picks up anything. I've never had a shark that lacked any power, this one was a big disappointment.

I really wanted to love it
I really wanted to love this vacuum. It’s lightweight, charges quickly and compact. However I’ve noticed it only seems to pick up when going forward. When pulling back it just throws the debris (pet hair, dirt, crumbs, etc.) backwards further (especially on hardwood flooring). My only guess is that’s it’s due to the bristle/ roller design. I loved my corded standard shark, but not so much this one.

To heavy with miniture wheels in the front
Unfortunately I am not very happy with it. It is much heavier than my old one, which makes it difficult due to shoulder replacement, and it still has those miniture wheels in the front where the doghair accumulates. This is not an improvement to me.

Not worth what it cost
I bought mine back in August of 25’ and I really wanted to love it, as I’ve had other Shark’s that I’ve loved. But I just don’t. The number one reason is how stupid the location of the button, that’s more of a switch, to release the stick from the bottom is. Instead of a foot lever like other models, you have to physically bend down while holding the top of the vacuum with one hand so it doesn’t fall over ( since it’s top heavy and can’t stand on its own), and try to release the stick with one hand (which is difficult due to the design of the “button” and having to press down AND pull up the stick at the same time). This alone caused it to lose at least 1.5 stars for me. My only other complaint is the inside is kind of hard to clean as it gets dirty, but honestly I’ve never had a vacuum that wasn’t. It’s the release switch that I just can’t get past. Which I hadn’t spent the money or had returned it within its 60 days. Now I’m stuck with it

It’s very light , having the light is easy to clean up the spot where to vacuum. Friendly gadget to assemble and to charge it .

WORTH IT
Forever a shark/ninja fan. I've gone through so many cordless vac's it's insane and with 3 GSD's, hair is constantly an issue in the house. This one does it all and keeps me sane. Thank you for creating a quality product in a world of cheap equipment. This is amazing.
