This crockpot is a lemon.

this stopped working after one sucessful use. And I cannot locate how to get my money back. who will make me whole? Macy's or Hamilton beach?

Broke after 1st use

I just went to use this slow cooker for the second time. Imagine my surprise when after 8 hours of cook time, I went to serve the food and the chicken was raw. We tested it on all settings & the thing doesn’t work.

Flex slow cooker

I bought the flex slow cooker as a Christmas present for my daughter, I have been using an identical one for a few years now and it is the best slow cooker I’ve ever had, if want to cook faster I have the option to set to high then to low etc or opposite

Unhappy Grandmother

I got the Flexcook Slow Cooker for my birthday this year and used it to cook my collard greens for Thanksgiving and the container was leaking when I poured the water in the pot. There is a fine line crack in the liner. I did not get any use out of this product. Very disappointed.

Loved it Before it Cracked

Received this as a wedding present and absolutely loved using it and used it quite often! I was very disappointed when I went to wash it one day and saw a hairline crack in the insert. I didn't even have it for 2 years yet and am more sad that it's just out of warranty and it was a gift so I don't have a receipt either. It was always handled carefully and hand washed so I don't know if there was a fault with the insert.
