Poor customer service

Got this for my daughter for Christmas, and was told it was delayed. Today December 21st, I found out via email the order was canceled. No reasoning just cancelled, do not order from this manufacturer if you want a guarantee delivery. With Macys reputation, this does not reflect positively on you.
