No Carnelian

I' just ordered this pretty necklace. I am a certified gemologist and wondering why the description states there is a carnelian in the center when there is not. A carnelian is an opaque reddish/orange stone that would be rather unattractive in a piece of jewelry this fancy. I viewed each picture and I'm puzzled as to why the description includes that stone. Anyone expecting a carnelian is going to be disappointed.

Shorter than I thought

Very cute. Bright gold color and the accents are pretty. My only complaint is the length of the chain, definitely could use more length, hard to hang over necks of shirts and gets hidden.
