Update on Poor packaging caused damage

Update…I am returning the bracelet. I thought I could replace the two missing stones which were originally believed to be in the small plastic bag but there is only one stone. It’s really pathetic that such an item was packaged in a very small thin bubble envelope and someone thought it would arrive undamaged.

Poor packaging caused damage

The bracelet is pretty but it was damaged when I received it. Two stones were missing but fortunately in the plastic bag, HOWEVER, it was just packaged in a bubble envelope which caused the bracelet to be bent at the point of the missing stones. The bracelet was able to be straightened due to it being a stretch bracelet so I will attempt to glue the stones and if it doesn’t work I will return and request a replacement because I have a little time before the event. This item and three other bracelets I received were packed in single bubble envelopes or paper envelopes with no damage fortunately. One bracelet was packaged by someone at Macy’s who cared about the product. It was in a pretty little bag you see jewelry in plus placed into small ziplock bags. Then wrapped in a sheet of paper and placed in a small, 4x4 sized box and shipped without damage. I gave two stars for the packing and damaged item but would recommend it to a friend if it is shipped correctly.
