Take Advance B complex at least 5 days a week I know vitamin B is very important to our health. I would recommend Schwartz to anyone.

High quality. Non-GMO.

This is my favorite B-Complex brand because the B12 is in the form of methylcobalamin which is the natural form from animal sources so it is most easily absorbed promoting methylation.
