If all parts came and worked, it would be great

It comes in 3 boxes. 2 arrived then the 3rd several days later. But it may have been a return forwarded to us because it had the wrong arm pad and it just wasn't packed the same. Three days later, the massage stopped on that side of the loveseat. So far, the 3rd party customer service has been responsive. I hope I hear back about the broken massage soon.

Great piece, just small

This is a quality piece. Though I should have paid attention to the measurements as it’s a bit smaller than I would like. Great for shorter people

Half of an order received

I ordered a sofa and loveseat and only half of the sofa was delivered the seller contact phone number is not a valid number and I never received tracking numbers for my boxes. I do not trust this company because no one is returning my messages
