Stiff as a board and terrible product

I can not believe that a product like this is sold and that Macy's carried it (now may discontinued). It is 80% cotton and 20% nylon but feels very stiff even after washing. It feels more like a rain coat than a shirt but is in the design of a shirt. I am not sure how I am going to wear this...wasted my money. Is there a lower rating I could give?
