Beautiful and Perfect size

I got the Petite it’s the perfect size for me. Handles are ergonomic. Both roaster and rack are easy to clean. I waited to long to say goodbye to my old roaster!!!

Does not work on induction

I never would have guessed a high-quality stainless roasting pan would not work on an induction range. Making pan gravy from a roast or a turkey is impossible. What a joke.

Love it , but!

I have owned my roasting pan for a few years now. I love it. Last night I roasted a turkey breast in it and I not iced the material on the rack is flaking. I’m concerned about using it again.

Another Winner!

Recently added the smaller roasting pan to our All Clad family. Its the perfect size for our 48" Range smaller oven and exactly what we needed for small servings of our protiens. We love it!

Sharp edged roaster

This is the most disappointing All Clad piece we own. It's sharp edged around the top perimeter. My wife actually cut herself.
