Super mad

I’m so so angry with this purchase!!! 1st all the tools was used, above all one the (Cutler) was repair, but super bad repaid, you could saw it without touched, the bag came like dirty and the pink was a dirty pink, acere!!!! All the tool dirty and suuuuuper used!!!! I can believed it!!! I was happy for that purchase and now after saw that I have to returner, Macy this is the second package. This is the second package that I have had to return in a row, what is happening with your quality?
