Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service.

Corner of bed broke when my 2 and a half-year old son was climbing onto the bed - he weighs less than 40 pounds. Appears the bracket was not securely fastened, and when he climbed the corner the screws stripped and the entire corner broke. Additionally, the middle-post split at the same time. Poor quality, poor workmanship and terrible issues with return. Still waiting for refund even though item was received by Macy's over a week ago.

Sturdy and incredibly easy assembly

Kudos to the engineering of this bed. We were able to get this unboxed and have it set up in about 10 minutes. This is the easiest assembly of any piece of furniture I’ve ever ordered. It’s very sturdy and great quality. I’m incredibly satisfied with this purchase!

This platform bed is awesome!

Hello! I purchased the Full size. It delivered without issues or dings. All pieces were in the box or rather packed in the headboard. I required no additional tools. I put this together all by my Big Girl self ( I am over 50 ). The directions were easy to understand. I am overall very happy with my purchase and feel the quality is very good for the value.

happy with this quality bed!

The bed is a good quality medium to dark colored soft grey herringbone look . love the texture of material. very nice bed for price. the headboard is a shorter one being 40 inch in height which i wanted and is nice and thick , not thin and cheap looking . i also love that it is a full bed and not just headboard. the only down side was the box came dented and broken and did some damage to back of headboard so i must report to macys.
