horrible customer service !

horrible customer service , do not shop with macys , the item was on sale but after purchasing they cancelled the order because they said it was discounted too much , so how am i suppose to know what is a error on the website? why have it listed if you are going to cancel? i will not shop here again

Never got my item, their “investigation” didn’t amount to anything besides keeping my money. Don’t ever shop here again!
