Delivery box always comes unsecured

I ordered the stratum 3.0 in large 28 and medium 24. The first time, the luggage had some scuff marks, scratch lines, and a tiny red ink stain in the large 28. So I returned both to a Macy’s store and reordered the same ones online. This time, both delivery boxes had the tape coming off (box for large 28 had an opening on top and bottom, while box for medium 24 had an opening on bottom). Basically, the warehouse is using one line of tape to close the ends of the box and it comes off while it’s traveling across the country. Either use stickier tape or use two lines of tape across the ends of the box.

Not Durable, cracked shell 2nd usage

I purchased the 2.0 version of this suitcase, but cant find the item to review so on the 3.0 it goes. in June 2025, The suitcase has good wheels but during my second time using it, the shell of the suitcase cracked along the ridges on the back. Completely able see into the suitcase. I already have to throw it away after basically 1 successful usage.

Sleek Carry on

Thank you Influenster and American Tourister for this Carry on luggage. My husband and I had made a trip and I was able to use this carry on without any issues. I was able to fit a lot of clothes and two pair of sandals with the help of luggage zipper expansion space available. The wheels rotated in all directions with ease. I was able to lift and store my carry on in the overhead bin without a problem. You can place a lock in the zippers if you want but it’s not included. The color, design, style and quality of this American Tourister Stratum 3 carry on is sleek, versatile and elegant. I loved it and recommend it to everyone who needs and uses carry on their next trip.
