clasp too big

I just bought this necklace to put the flower floating diamond charm on, which I love, but it won't slide on because the clasp is too big..... ugh. Now I have to buy another chain. So frustrating.

not great, not terrible

I bought this chain with the idea that it would be paired with one specific pendant. In theory it was perfect. However, the piece on the end, which the lobster claw catches on is much larger than the opening on the bail of the pendant will accommodate. The pictures available don’t show that issue. Macys- I’m sure you own at least ONE ruler or tape measure, somewhere! Take pictures which show the SCALE of the item! Take pictures of chain clasps! That is actual information your customers need! I’d recommend this chain, with the proviso that the customer knows that it can’t fit a pendant with a small to medium bail!

Lovely chain, inconvenient clasp design

The "eye" of the lobster clasp is huge. I was hoping to put a pendant on the chain, but it's not possible to thread the eye through it. There length of the chain is supposed to be adjustable, but the clasp is so heavy that if you shorten it, the chain just falls down your back.
