order arrived shattered chipped and unusable

I read the reviews and should of thought twice. There was absolutely no protection for shipping, just paper. Ultra Thin layer of bubble wrap over 8 dish pieces that bounced against each other all the way from the shipping facility in North Carolina. The whole order was ruined. Tape was split open on box with shattered glass coming out. Shocked that UPS even delivered in this condition. I reported to Macy's that they need to talk to whomever is packing these pieces. Absolutely NO common sense at all. It is a hazard to have glass everywhere and have to discard with the risk of getting cut. There is no way to return but I did call Macy's customer service and they are giving me a full refund. It's a shame because these are beautiful pieces, wish they came in one piece. One star due to shipping facility, not the product itself.
