9pc Anolon Advanced Ceramic

Today I used my 10"pan for the first time, and I'm a little disappointed, but I think it was a manufacturing error as a section of the ceramic came off. I always used Calphalon and after 15 years I donated them to goodwill. I baked turkey meat balls in the oven then added my tomato sauce and meat balls to the pan. When I was done I moved the meat balls to a storage container. After the pan cooled I wiped it and washed it by hand with a sponge and liquid dish soap. After I rinsed it that's when I noticed the 1 1/4" strip of missing ceramic. I only use plastic and wooden utensils on my pots and pans.

BUY THIS POT!

I love my Anolon pots/pans. They not only look good, but I think my food tastes better than ever. Every morning, I make scrambled eggs in this pot… a tad of olive oil to saute chopped celery and chopped onion over low heat. Drop in two eggs and lightly stir and then cover with the lid. In about a minute, lightly stir the eggs and toss in some grated cheese. Put the lid back on for a minute and then serve. The eggs are so tender and delicious prepared in this pot. Easier to clean up than a frying pan.

Wonderful

We have been through so many pots and pans over the years particularly ninja got them steel and we just received these in the cream color. This set is just amazing. Easy cleanup. Best part is you don’t have to put it on high to bring to a boil.
