Anolon doesn't get the credit that it deserves for making high quality bakeware at a reasonable price. This cookie sheet looks good and features Anolon's special smooth nonstick surface. Recommended

Great Sheet

Analyn doesn't get enough credit with all the kitchen brands out there. This surface is so smooth that I can't imagine anything sticking to it. It also comes in a smaller size by a couple of inches.

Little Disappointed

I have another one of these that I have had for years which I still use but it is getting kind of worn. Ordered a new one but it seems to be warped. It almost slid off of the top of my stove when I removed it from the oven the first time. It seemed to do the same thing subsequently but I knew I needed to be careful to make sure it didn't slid.
