Love these pans - non stick

I just love these pans. I bought them to make the frittata we have for breakfast every morning. One of these pans is the right size to make 6 servings. When the frittata is baked, I can just turn the pan upside down and nothing sticks to it. The frittata pops right out onto tthe wire rack I cool it on. I tried making this dish in a regular cake pan and it stuck badly, even with non-stick spray applied.
