Sautéed

This did not hit the mark. I absolutely love cooking and I cooked in the one time it was done. I keep my pan medium to low heat and use only beef tallow or ghee because of the high smoke point plus it preserves pans longer so I thought on this. Nope. Everything stuck burnt and trying to get everything off after soaking it was ruined. I should have taken pictures but I was sad and mad I just threw it away.

I thought after ordering I may be made a mistake thinking I would not use this pan that much. Boy was I wrong! I have used it more than any other pan I have. Great pan!

On my second one

This pan does everything. I use it every time I cook. Replacing it as a one off instead of part of a set was pricey, but for my husband and myself this pan was essential. The volume, the shape, the weight, the even cooking, the nonstick - yeah this is my cookware.
