5-quart Anolon

Perfect pan. It's a little to big for a one-person household, but it cooks everything perfectly and is very easy to clean.

5-Quart Pan with helper handle

The best we have ever had so far!!! Cooks evenly, and has stayed flat , unlike all our others!!!! They always buckle in the center and food runs to the sides …. Not this one . . so far it’s working out great !!! My wife loves cooking with it and so do I !!!! We’re going to get some frying pans on the next purchase ……. Just waiting on the next great sale!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️😎😎😎

Not impressed. Other cheaper brands could do the same. No searing technology. Commercial sent me in. No more orders for this product line.

Great for large surface-area cooking.

Much better non-stick finish than an early model that we used for years. Cleans up so easily. Love the large, flat surface area, so it is sort of like a griddle, being great for bacon.

Slick

Slick surface. We have purchased Anolon from Macys before....a complete set including the 5 qt skillet......this is our second complete set....the saucepans and lids last but the skillets nonstick surface does not....we wash the skillet per instructions but have had the skillet on high heat numerous times....we believe the high heat is too much for nonstick surfaces...this new skillet is going to only be set on Medium or less heat....we have already tried a new Anolon skillet on Medium and that is a most satisfactory heat to get any job done....the set looks good for a few years sans the skillets....we are keeping our other saucepans for backup but the skillets have been disposable for us probably due to the high heat deteriorating the nonstick surface.....we shall see......

Good but doesn't fit

The interlocking notch on the handle does not fit with my current set. I bought this as a replacement piece to a set i received as a gift.
