I can use less oil

I can use less oil cooking on the non-stick surface. The 12-inch skillet is good for Chinese stir fry and Italian pasta dishes without making a mess in cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended as I have been using it everyday!

Best non-stick

I really, really love this line of pans. It's the best non-stick I ever used. Sadly, Analon seems to have stopped offering the big covered fry pan. They can handle high-heat and the heat retention properties of the copper-steel base make them excellent for electric cooktop use.
