Wok is broken; no power when plugged in.

I purchased this wok on January 26, 2023 from Macy's. I used the wok maybe 5 times total. Yesterday, September 13, 2023, the wok has no power and is not working. I tried various outlets in our kitchen, I re-seated the wok onto the base to ensure it was properly placed; all to no avail. The wok has no power; it is broken; cannot be used.

Great Product

We have always had an electric wok and left ours behind when we moved. So, we ordered this item and are totally satisfied. If you like cooking in a wok (great on a hot day so no oven or cooktop needed), I would recommend this.
