Not fully functional. Not configurable

This product is Not fully compatible with the SURFboard Central mobile app. It cannot be changed from the default WiFi configuration. The app fails to connect to the wifi while other apps are using it, making it unable to change wifi settings. The web interface requires a default password that the SURFboard Central app fails to provide. It is my sincere conclusion that Arris must DISCONTINUE THE G20 modem/router or change SURFboard Central app to fully. support it. This was also my first and likely last impression of the Arris brand overall.
