Broken item

I received bowls and large bowl had a crack!!!! I contacted Macy’s via online chat. Person said new one would be sent out. Never received. Called Macy’s person said return.. I said just deduct 1 bowl and credit my account for he 1 broken bowl. Personal was horrible- didn’t understand!! Language barrier! Again horrible service from Macy’s. I’ll think twice before ordering from them!!
