broken parts

We bought this set last April. A weld broke on the chair within a week. The company sent a replacement chair. Yesterday another chair weld broke. This is not a good sign! For the price paid I expected better quality!

Low Quality

Welds on the chair seat cross bars broke off, a fear more will do the same. They look nice and are lightweight aluminum, but are made together poorly and don’t hold up to normal use.

Not worth the money

The table scratches very easy, it does not have a top coating. it does get very hot to the touch when it is hot out. You have to be careful not to burn your,self and children!

Good ser

I bought the 48 inch round table also. It is holding up well. Chairs are comfortable with cushion.. Just use aluminum cleaner once in a while and it looks brand new

Finally!

This was not a replacement- it was the actual cushion that never got delivered. To get the missing cushion, I actually had to buy another one. The new software in the furniture and mattress dept. is an unholy mess. Buyer beware.

Disappointing faded Color pink

This metal product (table and chairs) was nice but the color photos in the catalogue and online do not represent the actual color. We purchased brick red. The actual color is a faded pink/peach. It is Not an attractive color. The Macy’s catalogue displays a red brick color. Macy’s would take it back within three days with a 15 percent restocking fee, though the issue was misrepresented color. Very dissatisfied, do better. A 15 percent restocking fee equals several hundred dollars. Unhappy customer

Astaire 7 PC Outdoor Dinning

We purchase our set in August of this year and we love it. We also purchased two rockers and put them as end pieces. All chairs are sturdy and comfortable. We check to see if it was in stock. It was and Macys had it delivered to us within a few days. They assembled it and placed it where we wanted it. Very satisfied with our purchase.
