Was showing as processing for five weeks and then canceled.
SCAM BEWARE
I followed all the steps they required to get the gift box: create the registry and place an order. Even though I was able to add the registry box to my order, they later said it was out of stock and had an unexpected delay, but that I would receive it soon. After a month, they canceled the order because it was out of stock. Don’t waste your time and money. Baby items at Macys are usually more expensive than in other places, and their gift box is a scam, as other comments have said. I’m very disappointed with Macys. Don’t offer something you’re not willing to give to your customers.
Never Received
Placed the order and it never shipped. About 1 month later they cancelled it without a reason. Very disappointed.
Order was cancelled. Buyers beware.
Made some orders from Macy's just to receive the box only for them to never ship the box out. Waited over a month and we got a cancellation emails just like all the other reviews. Extremely disappointed in Macy's. They have really gone downhill.
Do not waste your time
Make your registry somewhere else! This never came and just found out months later that they just canceled my order because it is out of stock. There are much better more convenient places to make a registry. I’m frustrated that I had to buy items to get this product that I now can’t return. Waste of time and money

Cancelled without notice
Came to check the status after over a month and it was cancelled without any email to me. It previously said shipped and charged to my card.
