Double zippers please.
I really like this bag, It is very comfortable to wear and holds my essentials. What I don't like is that each pocket has only a single zipper. When I am wearing it it tilts toward the opening and I have to be careful not to lose things that are in the pocket that I unzip. If it had double zippers I could open it from the top and my things would not fall out. It's a small fault, but I think that they should redesign this.

Item Never Delivered
This was a total failure. I never received what I purchased. UPS received the item and tracking shows it made it to my local area. I never received a notice that the item was going to be delivered. When I checked a second time the item was returned to sender. I have no reason whey this was done.
Could be better
Just completed a 10 day European vacation with this bag. Could be improved by changing the zippers to clip together at the top. If I carried the bag on my left hip, items would tend to fall out when I opened it. Good size and pocket organization.

Perfect for on the go
This bag has so many pockets, I use it for day trips with my service dog. It is loaded with wallet, phone, hotspot, phone, earbuds, pens, lip balm, glasses, keys, treats, ball, doggie bags and a few more items I may have forgotten about, plus you can use carbide clips on the rings to carry extra stuff like collapsible dog bowl and towel. The construction is sturdy like most of the baggallini items I have owned, I usually wear them out after a 3-4 years of daily abuse. I love how you can switch sides to carry the bag and the security feature is great, I have only had to use that once with a luggage lock for my wallet. This is the best bag for travel or day trips.

Great features
Purchased in preparation for our trip to Italy. I love the security features of the bag ( locking zippers, RFID) The size of the bag allows for a water bottle too, which is an important feature to me.

Almost perfect
A little too big for daily use … the protective pocket for the phone is just barely large enough for my iPhone 15 Plus. That makes it a no go for me. Unfortunately I will be returning it.

Not the quality I expected
Bought this 8 months ago and the logo has tarnished and a zipper pull fell off. The quality is not what it used to be.

Lightweight
I bought this bag for travel. I wanted something that would be lightweight but could hold all of my day to day stuff. It fits the bill. I could be a bit cuter.
