Great for Home Gym!
This is a must have for your home gym. It is smooth on your skin so no blisters or rough hands, the shape helps you to center your hands, and it looks sleek.

Yo will be so grateful
Smooth silicone. Color variety is on point. It’s aesthetically pleasing. Absolutely love!

Versatile but very thick
Would be nice if future designs made a few points a little skinnier as smaller hands make it hard to hold

Best Ergonomic workout equipment
I have the beam in sand color and it is as stylish as it is multifunctional! You can do so many exercises with just this one piece and it makes you feel stylish at the same time

Bala Bar review
Ive been using the Bala bar for a few weeks now, twice a day during some cardio work outs and already have noticed a positive difference in my posture and overall back pain. Can’t wait for restock so I can purchase one for my mom and grandma!
Customer review from Bala
Love it!
I have the 25lb beam. It’s a lot heavier than it looks! The beam has encouraged me to incorporate more strength training into my routine.
