Shoes were delivered damaged

The shoes are very nice. But I am disappointed that they were delivered to the store damaged. So, could not take them home. On top of that, I was charged for the shoes! The store clerk did give me a return receipt. However money was still withdrawn from my bank account. I had to make multiple calls and file a complaint with my bank because of that. Not nice.

Size up. The shoescare beautiful but incredibly tight. I do not have wide feet but should have gone up 2 sizes.

Beautiful

I absolutely love this shoe but it runs a tad narrow and short in length. I am a true 8.5 and I need to get a size 9. You may want to go up a 1/2 size. These are gorgeous!!!
