Dissatisfied

I am not dissatisfied with the actual product in the bottle and I was thrilled that you brought back the original primer, but I was sent a bottle that must have been returned by someone else, because I pumped and pumped (bringing back memories of the old bottles which would never pump the product out) and nothing came out. I went to unscrew the top off to use the primer directly from the bottle and saw that it was on crooked. Odd!!!! I finally got the top off only to see that there is no tube going from the top to the product! Seriously! I think someone returned this for these very reasons. I am 73 and have always loved this primer and was so excited you brought it back, but this really upset me! I have not had the time to return this.

new container and formula

The pump dispenser barely works and the formula feels more grainy/gel like. I still had some primer left from the tube version of the product (which I loved!), and did a side by side just to make sure. Super disappointed in the change.

Prime time original foundation primer

I love this primer, but I do not like the container. The pump doesn’t work well and as it runs out, it will be impossible to get the last of the product out of it. I prefer the squeeze tube.
