Weekend Duffle

I bought the duffle for my son’s Christmas present. He hasn’t received it yet, so I can’t tell you what he thinks of it. However we previously bought the same one for my husband. Knowing the quality of that one, made purchasing another easy.

Design needs improvement

Seems well made. Like all other reviewers the fold-over flap rings needs to be bigger. Just not properly designed. If your bag is fairly full the B&R clip will not hold it. But not a deal breaker and fixable by adding your own carabiner ring. But if you are paying for a premium product you should NOT have to do any work-arounds to make things work. No ½ stars but really it is a 3. 5 Star product.

The just in case extra bag

The weekender duffle bag is small and lite enough to put in your carry on B&R bag. The weekender duffle bag worked out perfectly. Because as usually on vacation you come home with more stuff than you left home with. This is when the weekender duffle bag is the prefect solution. Although I did check in the weekender duffle bag but only for the return flight home.

Absolutely horrendous customer service from Macy's. My order was canceled due to out-of-stock items, but they were back in stock within 48 hours. Despite this, Macy's refused to reinstate my order. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. Completely unacceptable
