Black boots
I wear 8 or mostly 8 1/2 works best, as in this case, the 8.5 was excellent fit. The boots were very comfortable, and look good for not being leather. The heel wasn't too low or too high, in other words, exactly what I was looking for, a perfect height. I also admired the style which was the main draw for me. The 50% off sale price was nice as well. Alas, the circumference of the shaft was overly wide at the top, overwhelming my skinny calves.
