l want a refund for the coat l ordered online. When l called about my refund. The online clerk was very rude. l use to work in Macy's in New Jersey. l was never rude to customers. l was very disappointed. Macy's need to have more training on online phone personnel.

Lovely change

In New England we wear puffer coats and jackets, and I have several. This stylish, artistic look in a wool coat is a great change for those days and nights when a puffer isn't needed (car-to-event, shopping, etc.). I love it!
