Smooth Easy Process

Ordered online and chose a delivery option with box spring. Previously tested mattresses in multiple stores so knew the preferred item numbers. Macys entire process was very smooth and the bed is comfortable. Quality should last.

Mattress sides sag

Both sides of the mattress have broken down just six months after purchase. We both have struggle to keep from rolling off the side.
