False advertisement

Headboard NOT Linen which drew by interest to purchase it. Difficulty with third-party to return. Totally messed up my room decor.

Terrible, do not buy

The material is cheap and not LINEN. The bed came with missing parts and the support team for the 3rd party CS was TERRIBLE. They want me to buy my own parts or wait 4 months to send me the parts. It was a burden to box it back and return it and was trying to keep it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Disappointed with Macys willing to get them sale through their site. No option for zero , so giving it a 1 star

Plastic bed

Don't buy this bed. The description says linen. It is not. It's some kind of cheap plastic. The company (third party) makes it as difficult as possible to return it. Macys needs to stop using them. It made me sour on any large purchases from them.

so bad

I was so disappointed when the headboard came. The website said it was linen. NOT...It was plastic or vinyl ....Really ugly...looked so cheap and poorly made. It took almost 2 months of calling to get it sent back and a refund issued. Don't order anything from this 3rd party seller...you will be so disappointed.

Item was delivered to my front porch damaged and it is a large item. I am now expected to find a way to transport it to a UPS drop off .

Fabulous bed

Beautiful well crafted and very sturdy. Lots of storage bins underneath and a wonderful bed! My husband put it together in a reasonable amount of time and we found it to be well constructed. It matches my daughter‘s other white furniture perfectly and looks very glamorous in her room.
