Clock arrived with a broken finial at top. Shipping box was very bashed up on outside. Was going to try and glue piece back on; however, after following instructions for set up, neither the chimes nor the clock work! I've changed the batteries and reset the time on the clock face, but the hands won't move on their own. This will have to be returned.
