Just the pillow I need - great support and comfort

I had a Bedgear pillow in the past, and when I changed, I went with other brands I found from convenience. Unfortunately, the two I went through looked nice, but was not comfortable, nor did it give me the support I need as a side sleeper. I remembered Bedgear, did the quick wizard to see which pillow I need, and pulled the trigger. It's been a few weeks, and my neck discomfort is already better! Glad I went back to Bedgear. Great support, minimal smell when you open it, and just good sleep.

the pillow I've been looking for

I ordered 0.0 hoping for something not too elevated, so it wouldn't hurt my neck, expectations met! Even my husband likes it. I need 2 more

Great Product

Level 2.0 is very firm, but supports the neck very comfortably. Works well for side sleepers.

Previous version of pillow was better

I purchased a Level 1 pillow about three years ago and loved it. Sleeping on it resolved issues I was having in my neck. The cover on this pillow is different from my previous one. It is described as a firm pillow but it totally flattens down when I sleep on it.

Hi Teresa! You are correct that our Level pillow has been updated! The Dri-Tec fabric on the new pillow is slightly different than the original, to reflect updates in the moisture-wicking technology of the fabric. It may be that we need to get you into a slightly taller pillow than the previous version. Please give us a call at 1-631-414-7763 and provide reference number #000118967.

I've tried every pillow imaginable and finally.

I have a herniated disc in my cervical spine. Since hurting my neck it's been my mission to find a comfortable pillow and finally I've found one that works.

Replaced the old bedgear aspire pillow

I purchased a new bed, and it was time for a new pillow. My previous pillow was a bedgear aspire and found out that model was discontinued. Called customer service and this one was to replace that model. It was an easy conversion from the old pillow to this one. I also use a cpap machine and haven't had any issues using that as well.
