Very sharp and useful.

This knife is sharp ! Great for sectioning/chopping larger and harder items such as pumpkins, pineapples (peels), hard cheeses, apples, celery etc. Items that require a rocking back and forth motion to break down are ideal tasks for this knife. The handle is comfortable to hold. Its off white color hasn't attracted any food stains. A beautiful piece to all to you knife collection.

Making cutting a breeze!

The BergHOFF Leo Slate Stainless Steel Chef’s Knife 8” not only looks sharp but it REALLY IS sharp! It cuts thru meats like they are butter. The weigh is balanced great and it’s super easy to clean. I definitely need more in my collection! 10/10 recommend!

Great quality knife

I’ve been using this bread knife and I’m really impressed by the quality. Not sharp or comfortable

This knife is cute, but it wasn’t very sharp upon delivery. I wanted to love it, but the handle shape is not very comfortable or ergonomic either, making it unpleasant to use based on sharpness and the handle feel. I like the style but care more about efficacy than looks, so this isn’t my first choice for slicing.

Worth the dough!

This bread knife is excellent! It has a stainless steel blade which is extremely sharp and extremely effective at not only cutting bread but fruits, vegetables and even pastries. It feels very comfortable in the hand even though it’s on the longer side. It cuts crusty bread without squishing the inside which is obviously not desirable. It has a nice, precise slice without anything spilling out especially with certain fruits. The blade is resistant to corrosion which keeps it looking newer longer. This is hand wash only with mild soap. I had never heard of this brand so I’m very happy Influenster introduced me to it. I’m very satisfied with my new bread knife!

Awesome

his knife is packaged very well. It comes in a really nice box with a magnetic closure and would be excellent just in how its boxed to ship to you to give as a gift. The point and the bottom square point comes with little silicone caps on them which is also nice. It’s set in (what I'm guessing is) a neoprene cutout padding and the blade itself is covered with a thin slice of the same padding sitting on top of it in the box. This thing is right at 8 inches too. Its a great cutter too. It cuts smoothly and really clean. Its easy to chop with as well. Im not super great at precision chopping or dicing things, but I'm learning, so this knife is great for me! It slices through meat really well too! It’s just an all around great knife!

One knife I’m not scared of using

This knife has a good weight in your hand and feels solid. The slight ridge in the handle makes it easy to grip. This is going to be around our house for a very long time!
