Incredible quality, and so versatile!

I’m completely in love with this cleaver. While it’s a clever, I love the precision and the sharpness allowing me to use it for various other tasks making it feel like a chef’s knife! I love reaching for it for tasks lately because of i the way it just glides through prep and honestly it’s so satisfying! I particularly enjoy the weight of the knife giving much control over the prep. I love the finish with the hammered textured blade being absolutely stunning and keeping food from sticking to the blade. It’s got an impressive edge making quick work of the smallest details. It’s definitely a tool with a main camera aura, in my kitchen and I’m genuinely obsessed with it!

Sharp and beautiful

This is the sharpest knife I’ve ever owned, and the most beautiful! It feels so well made in my hand. The weight of the handle makes me feel like have more control than cheaper knives I’ve used. The details of the. Made and handle look and feel like premium craftsmanship. I guess I’m a real adult now! This knife is super sharp so be careful and happy cooking.

Very Sharp

I am in love with this BergHOFF Martello 5.5" Cleaver. Not only is this a gorgeous knife with its hammer dot pattern on stainless steel, but it has an extremely sharp edge. I hate cutting tomatoes with a dull knife because I end up needing to press down too hard and I squish my tomato. This knife cut through it like it was warm butter. I was able to quickly dice my tomatoes, shred my lettuce, and cube up my cold chicken for a quick chicken wrap. It’s not at all heavy but it does have some good weight to it. It’s easy to grip and my hand doesn’t slide on the handle when it’s wet. This BergHOFF Martello 5.5" Cleaver is easy to clean (hand washed in hot soapy water) and it dries to a high shine.

I’m Impressed With This Knife

Gripping the handle for the first time you can feel this is a quality knife. I love the way it feels. It is so nicely weighted. It actually feels better than some of my more expensive knives. It slices beautifully. The finish on this knife is gorgeous. It cleans up nicely. I look forward to using it for a long time. This will make a nice gift for yourself or someone you know.
