Cooks evenly

This is such a nice piece of cookware. This is an enameled cast-iron piece. It is a dream to cook with. It heats up evenly and doesn’t stick. Cast-iron is very durable and when cared for properly can last for years. You will want to avoid using metal tools as it can scratch away at the enamel. I like that you can use it on the stove top or in the oven, which makes it very versatile. it also comes with a lifetime limited manufacture warranty. I am beyond thrilled with it.

Such great quality

I love this Neo Cast Iron 5 quart oval dutch oven from BergHOFF. Not only is it beautiful but it is so functional. It is nice and heavy, very high quality. I have used it for a variety of dishes and it is a great pot to cook with. I have used it on the stovetop and in the oven and it has performed great both ways. It cooks evenly. The heavy lid sits securely holding in heat and moisture so food doesn't dry out. Plus it is just so pretty and it cleans up like a dream. It is a good size to cook smaller dish for the two of us or a little more if a few friends or family stop by. I love it.

Love it!

I absolutely loved this! I will definitely be needing to aquire a larger size. I used it for the first time to make rice and it cooked perfectly! The rice was fluffy and it didn't stick to the bottom of the pot! It was easy to handle and it had an even surface!

This was a very exciting claim. I love cooking and this Dutch oven is just amazing. First, it is absolutely beautiful! The blue color is one of my favorites. Second, it cooks quickly and evenly. I have been wanting a Dutch oven for as long as I could cook. Purple is my favorite color and I was so happy that was an option. I like the size it’s just right for my little family. I’ve been looking up different recipes for things to try like soups, braised meats, bread, desserts, you name it. It’s temperature controlled with the lid on and you cook right on your stove top or you can put it in the oven. It’s very sturdy and pretty easy to clean. Tonight’s meal is chili. I’m so excited to try new dinner ideas. Thank you
